HowSure at the table
One device, two to six players. Each round shows a real protein's chain in four stretches. Taking turns, each player picks the stretch AlphaFold is least sure about and says how sure they are. Then everyone sees the answer at once.

How many rounds?
Points. Right and very sure: 3. Right and fairly sure: 2. Right, just a guess: 1. Wrong, just a guess: 0. Wrong and fairly sure: −1. Wrong and very sure: −2. Saying "just a guess" when you are guessing never costs you.
Which stretch is AlphaFold least sure about?
How sure are you?
A stretch with a low score is usually flexible in the real protein, or a piece that is cut off later, like the signal at the start of many proteins. You predicted a prediction: these are AlphaFold's own confidence scores, not measurements.
The table
Guessing alone picks the right stretch about 1 time in 4. A handful of rounds is too few to say how well anyone's "very sure" matches how often they are right; that takes about 30 calls each.
